 Hotel81 - Joo Chiat: Overview
The hotel is made up of a series of two storey restored shophouses, some of which date back to before WWII. The hotel is part of the Hotel 81 chain operating 9 ecomonical and no frill properties in Singapore. These are decent and clean hotels in a more local part of town.
Rooms are relatively small as this is a no frills hotel. However, it is ISO 9002 certified and thus quality and cleanliness is assured. The attached bathrooms are quipped with standing shower.
However, the interior is throughly modern.
The lobby is small with no frills.
